"It's been an amazing two-week whirlwind since we moved into our beautiful home.

So much more to do before it's quite there, but Victoria and I are thrilled and we wanted to say thank you to a special guy (and gal!) for all their help.

25 years ago around this time, Tim Kelly and I won a cross country championship together.

This time around he helped us buy our dream house. For like eight months I ran the man around. Eastern shore, Gambrills, crownsville, buy, rent, gonna wait a year... 

The entire time he was patient and spot on with his advice. When we finally wrote a contract, we went out of town for six weeks. Tim handled it all, no problem. Inspections, paperwork, repairs, everything.

When we came for the walkthrough, we found Tim had installed a swing for us, outside by the fireplace. (And reinstalled it the next day cause he didn't like his first setup lol).

That's the kinda guy he is. He does the right thing when no ones watching. 

He's also a great husband and Dad, a fireman, a youth sports coach, and a veteran. And if you can believe, his wife Tara Surlis Kelly is as great as he is (and was the first person we walked in the house with!!)

I had to share Victoria and I's gratitude for everything Tim and Tara did for us.
